Jasmine's portfolio currently consists of seven pieces she wrote during her time studying at Full Sail University. They focus on putting the reader inside shoes different from their own and creating situations that diverge from the path of what society might categorize as "normal." They also focus on the frame of mind that goes into important decision making during tense moments.

1. Bigfoot - Bigfoot is a piece about Mr. Grawson, an impatient business man whose car has just broken down on a stretch of hot, Nevada highway. When he's approached by a bizarre local, his experience takes a turn for the worst, or at least, the strange. 

​

2. Because I'm Black - Because I'm Black is a social justice piece that puts readers in the shoes of an African-American man who has just been pulled over by the police. Despite the fact that he hasn't done anything wrong, the recent state of political culture regarding people of color and police gives him anxiety that may or may not be unfounded. 

​

3. If You Want Something Done Right - This mystery piece is about a man who has found himself smack dab in the middle of a murder for hire scheme that he quickly learns is a case of mistaken identity. 

​

4. Love is Tricky Business - This script written to bring a scene from Jasmine's series of post-apocalyptic fiction books, deals with the pain of unrequited love when a difference in sexuality comes into play. In order to protect his own heart, Nhia makes a decision that breaks his heart. 

​

5. The Silver State Series - This World Bible of a work-in-progress novel and film series, is the full work that encompasses the scene depicted in "Love is Tricky Business." In this series, the protagonist is a woman who simply wants to remember who she is and where she came from. Fighting her way through a litany of dangerous situations to protect the ones she loves, she eventually finds herself leading the rebellious movement to topple the government in place.

6. The Greener Grass - This story, self-published on Smashwords, surrounds a man bored with the monotony of his everyday life, just wishing for a little bit of excitement. Unfortunately, he gets a little more than he bargains for when he ends up in the grasp of two dangerous gangs in heat of a fatal territorial war.

7. The Raven Man - In this short story, a young prince, being pressured into marriage by his overbearing mother, simply longs for freedom from the castle walls which feel more like a prison cell than a home. Amidst an adventure with his friends to investigate an old urban myth, the prince finds himself face-to-face with The Raven Man, but things aren't always what they seem.

7. Put Him on Thin Ice - This comic book script depicts the story of one undercover FBI agent, as he attempts to finally bring to justice the mob boss he's been after for three years. Unfortunately for him, before he can catch the crook red-handed, the baddie ups the stakes by bonding with the agent's pseudo-son over an unexpected shared talent: ice skating.
